We now have a Patient Participation Group (PPG). The purpose of this group is to provide constructive feedback to the Practice so that we gain your views and thus try to improve our service to you.

If you have any comments or suggestions about the Surgery please feel free to contact one of the members of the PPG and they will feed these back to the Practice.
Please note - this group is not for complaints - we are hoping for constructive suggestions. Any complaints should be dealt with through the Practice Complaints Procedure by contacting out Practice Administrator Mrs Sue Smith at the Surgery.
